Whether you are thinking about getting pregnant or are already pregnant, this section will help you understand the nutrients needed to support fertility and a healthy pregnancy for mom and baby. We will also guide you through creating an optimal supplement, stress management, and gentle exercise routine.

Well Nourished Pregnancy Nutrition
Nutrition is the foundation that will support your baby’s development, and help you feel your best throughout your pregnancy. In this section we cover our favorite pregnancy “superfoods”, what foods you should avoid while pregnant (and what foods you really don’t need to worry about), tips for maintaining a healthy blood sugar, and guidance for planning meals throughout your pregnancy.

Everyone experiences pregnancy differently, but most people will agree that there are some not so fun symptoms that can come along with being pregnant. Whether you are experiencing mild to severe morning sickness, bloating, constipation, or any of the many other not-so-fun pregnancy symptoms this section will teach you how to holistically find some relief.
Preparing for Birth
All births look different, but all births also require a lot of mental and physical endurance from the mother. To help prepare you for birth we will focus on how you can best prepare your body and mind for birth in the months and weeks leading up to your due date. We will discuss pregnancy safe herbs you can consider adding during your third trimester to prepare your body for birth, how to express and save colostrum for baby’s first few days, as well as our favorite foods to provide energy and hydration during early labor.
We want to make sure that you feel fully supported and ready to handle anything that comes your way during your pregnancy, and as you prepare for birth. In this section we will have common Q&A videos, and deeper dives into individual topics requested from our mamas such as: folate vs. folic acid in pregnancy, how important are omega-3’s?, what to pack in your hospital bag, etc. as well as downloadable guides for your holistic birth plan, hospital bag checklist, and postpartum prep.
