As a lifestyle film photographer my style is aimed to capture moments of your family that feel lived in and nostalgic.
During our session we will play, chat, and explore. I’ll guide you into some natural poses, but I’ll also follow your children’s lead. I want you to love on your family and I’ll capture it all…the giggles, the snuggles, the details. Give me all the silly toddlers, and snuggly babies, I love it all!

When you look at your photographs I want you to be able to feel transported back to this phase of your life. I want you to be able to feel that shy baby snuggle, hear your toddlers laugh, and remember those tiny newborn details. For these reasons my style focuses on capturing moments. Yes, I’ll help guide you and setup your family in poses, but I’ll also photograph them as they fall apart. We will play and explore, and have fun!

Once we decide on your session details and date I will send over a contract and retainer to hold your session date in my calendar. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid your spot has been confirmed!
Once your date is secure I will send you my detailed session guide that will help answer all of your questions and prepare you for your session. I also provide wardrobe guidance and am happy to chat about ideas you may be considering.
A few days before your session we will look at the weather to confirm if the date still looks good or if we need to move to a rain date. On the day of your session your only job is to have fun! Kids will run the show and that is how it should be! My one reminder to parents is to just keep smiling and to play and love on your family!
Your gallery will be delivered with all of your high resolution images in a beautiful and easy to view online format. You also will have access to my print studio discount, which works directly with a professional print lab I have vetted for beautiful printed family photos, albums and more!

Frequently Asked Questions –
During our session I will photograph a hybrid mix of film and digital photography, but my film images always make up the vast majority of my clients galleries. What I love most about film is the nostalgic feeling it is able to possess. It is by far my favorite medium for photographing families, even my own!
Absolutely! So many moms we work with find that the second (or third) time around they actually want to do things differently to support their health and the health of their baby. So no matter how many children you already have, it is never too late to learn how to better nourish your body, prepare for postpartum, and gain more knowledge and confidence for feeding your baby.
I am located on Cape Cod and most frequently photograph families here on Cape Cod and the South Shore. I also travel throughout New England during the year and will notify my email list of any other available locations in New England (so if you aren’t on my email list, get on it!). I do love to travel though, so if you would like me to photograph your family reach out for information on travel fees.
Within the first three weeks is ideal for newborns when they are still in that super sleepy newborn phase and tiny. However, with that said I love photographing older babies as well when their smile and personalities have started to come through a little more.
Booking your maternity session sometime in the early weeks of your third trimester is ideal when you still feel pretty good, but your baby bump has fully popped and we can capture some beautiful maternity photos.
I offer four mini sessions a year on specific dates and they fill up fast! I do not offer mini sessions outside of these few dates a year. Mini sessions are 15 minutes and clients receive 10 images. If you would like information about when my mini sessions are offered make sure you are on my email list!
I want my clients to always feel comfortable in the clothes they are wearing and like themselves, however with that said some colors and styles just photograph better than others. For this reason all my clients get access to my session guide with styling details, and I am happy to help guide my clients as much or as little as they would like.
