Description
This creamy coquito vegan recipe is a dairy-free spin on the Puerto Rican holiday classic. Made using coconut milk, this coquito is vegan friendly but sure to be a crowd pleaser for everyone.

- 1 can condensed coconut milk
- 2 cans full fat coconut milk
- 1 can coconut cream
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- white rum to taste
Instructions
- In a high speed blender combine all ingredients except for rum.
- Blend on high until the coquito vegan ingredients are well combined and frothy.
- Add the white rum to taste and pulse to mix.
- Pour into an air tight container and store in the refrigerator overnight.
- The following day add the coquito vegan recipe mixture to a blender and blend until frothy before serving.
Notes
This coquito vegan recipe will keep in the refrigerator for up to one week if stored in an airtight container.
