Scale
- 3 bottles dry white wine of choice
- 1 mango (chopped)
- 3 peaches (chopped)
- 2 nectarines (chopped)
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- 16 oz prosecco
- 8 oz sparkling water
- Optional: 1/2 cup white rum (depends how boozy you want your sangria to be)
- Optional: 1/2 cup mango juice (if you like your sangria on the sweeter side)
Instructions
- Chop your fresh fruit into small, bite-size pieces
- Next, take a large pitcher and add your wine and fruit and stir to combine well.
- At this point, using a long wooden spoon slightly smash some of the fruit to release the juices and encourage that fruity sangria flavor.
- Next, add your peach schnapps, rum (optional) and juice (optional)
- Refrigerate the sangria for 3-4 hours or overnight if possible.
- If storing overnight, save some fruit to chop fresh right before serving for a nicer presentation.
- Before serving, add prosecco and sparkling water.
- Make sure to stir well and serve over ice with a slice of fruit or a sprinkle of fresh berries onto for garnish.
Notes
I also like to top this sangria with a splash of prosecco in each glass right before serving.
